" yup! you can use it in place of freezing pulse imo. Incinerate + GMP + Mana Leech + Life Leech + Iron Will + Added Chaos Damage and use projectile weakness curse for knockback and pierce Build of the Week 14

" the moment i saw that unique i thought how broken it would be with a springleaf. sure, you lose a ton of stats, but even with ~7k ES that you can reach without a decent shield and that chest it still amounts to close to 420 extra ES regen/sec, possibly making life leech not neccessary and freeing a slot for something other. do you think that the stats on a good es shield outweight that much regen? |

That armor, so perfect for this build. If I ever get my hands on one I'll make a permanent low HP character in a heartbeat.
