That could be true, if noone had reached lvl 90+ in invasion ... before 3 weeks.

The problem with Rima is about melee chars, melees seem to be at a great disadvantage in too many fights from SotV and it's basically a gearcheck at this point.

Rima is overtuned regardless of what that guy says. Any time I enter the cellar I immediately port to town and grab 2x sapphires and a curse removal. That generally makes her tolerable. She's easy for a ranged build because her AI is like a special needs kid when it comes to line of sight.

Spam spam, gear check. Got to her fight riding Oaks back. He spams too; leap slam, non stop, all day. Spam spam, gets you around Wraeclast pretty fast. Bought him one of these, but had to pass a gear check with him too. Then it was just spam spam, all the way to Rina, and spam some more.

Ooh. All that spam. It's so action. Such fun.

Man, that cellar has totally been neglected. Someone should spend more time and attention on it

Untrue. There is no corrupted boss anywhere in Merciless that can slaughter my build, at all. And my build costs no more than 10-15 exalts to make. I even made a video compilation of all 26 Merciless Corrupted Areas to help newer players familiarize themselves with what the certain bosses have up their sleeves:

While I agree with your sentiments here in general, given how your fight against Haviri went I'm not sure you could handle him in maps without considerable difficulty (he could certainly kill you within seconds). Unless you were just throwing the fight at first, I couldn't really tell.

The first video I made against Haviri, I rushed in and killed him in under 5 seconds. I already know I can kill him, but I realized that didn't give viewers much information, so I remade it, which is the one you see now.

I was dashing around for long enough to let viewers see all of the totem combinations that could be cast. If you run around for long enough without doing anything, your HP will inevitably go down. After I dropped to below 25% that one time, I started slowly controlling how many totems Haviri had up at a single time. If you jump to the end of the video, you can see how squishy Haviri is once I finally decide to finish him.

I did the Neglected Cellar with two different builds, a lvl-36 Scion using Dual Strike and Viper Strike, with 1050 HP in HC Normal, and a lvl-68 Witch using Frenzy and Flameblast, with 2900/1250 HP/ES in Standard Merciless.

As reboticon recommends, I ducked back to town numerous times to recharge my flasks, and my Scion must've ganked every dead monster in that cellar for use as zombies, just to distract Rima for a precious few seconds before they got slaughtered. Rima resists both elemental and chaos damage, and neither Viper Strike nor Flameblast seemed to make much impact on her. I think what saved my ass with both builds was having a fast physical attack linked to LGoH. It also helps that she sticks pretty close to her lair rather than aggressively tracking you down like a Rogue Exile would.

clearly broken... 87% cold res, 68% phys res, 62,5% spellblock, 4,8k life.... i got 1shotted even before i could give her my first hit
