tank build is useless...i am sick of POE

just not true that there are nor oneshots. i got 1200 life, 1300 armor, nearly res cap and decent dmg for a one hand build. around 700 dps single target dmg with sword/shield double strike and aoe is spectral throw.(level 41 or 42)

i enter my first dungeon on cruel, the 2 monkeys come around the corner, one explosion and end of story...thats just not FUN its a design fault in my eyes.(same counts for the guy who bear traps you constantly....total bullshit how they designed his attacks) i play hardcore since d2, i am used to random death...but this takes it too far. i quit INV and maybe play ambush( still dont know why one should play non hardcore games...but whatever.

i know the game mechanics but its just pure luck and skipping bosses to survive...and if you decide to kill them, the reward is not even worth the risk, and its not even close.
Imagine how glass cannons feel :D

Are you not using leech? Because leech seems pretty mandatory. Also, 1300 armor sounds low to get much at that level. What's the % on that?
No. Calm down. Learn to enjoy losing.

Those Invasion monkeys use curses.
Define "nearly capped" resistances.
Your armor means next to nothing in this fight.
These bosses run into melee range and have no movement skills. You ran into them or derpped and weren't paying attention.

Based on what you said I can will assume it is most likely your resists were about 50% which isn't good enough to not worry and if you got cursed that resist is now basically 0 or negative. Yes in that situation you will be one shotted, but at your own fault. These bosses are extremely easy if you separate them. One of them curses to make you weak to the other. They are much weaker alone. Quicksilver away and solo each of them apart. Move on as if nothing happened.

I'm sorry you died to one of the easier Invasion bosses in the game.
life on hit on spectral throw, leech on double strike. regular dmg is not a problem. just those unique boss spikes and that they approach you like a bus on speed.

most of them i can tank easily for like 90 % of the time...just thos random oneshot spikes are fkn annoying. takes the fun away.

If you can tank everything 100% of the time easily then playing HC would be pretty pointless.

Imagine when everyone gets better gear.

I mean you should be playing hc ladder to be the best at not dying, that is the entire point of the ladder. If you want to be rewarded then ambush boxes are pretty nice.

Now LVL 53, I got considerably more live on gear all the time. But far away from beeing "tanky".

Now LVL 53, I farmed 3 Jewellers Orbs so far.
Now LVL 53, I farmed 1 Orb of fusing so far.

Gear is worthless, reselling it to get alts, in order to get jewellers and fusings is more than grinding - its pain in the ass. Nemesis had a lot other distribution.

Now LVL 53, I wanted to farm "Twilingth strand - merciless", got on gear with rarity gem 85%, Hillock doesn't drop "fuck all" rare. OK, maybe I am too stupid to play that game.

As mathematician with diploma I am able to test RNG, and that is complete overhauled vs. the last Nemesis league, for sure. But is it also complete rethinked as well? I dont think so.

Otherwise, maybe the intention is to get rid of some players in order to quit the server lags.

Why?

Partying is mandatory? Makes sense to me, but partying is pain in the ass as well, when clicking on gear which doesn't want to get in your stash, as it is also clicked faster by others (Not always, but when it counts, refers to http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/474392).

I will look forward to some changes, if not, I will change my opinion then.

i killed them several times without any problems. the damgae spikes are just not funny anymore. dont tell me how to play the game, i know how to play it. the mechanics are neither balanced nore fair, just random bullshit.

That's just something people who can't/won't put in the time and effort to get better at something say.

http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/812127

There is proof right now that the balance is not broken. Everything you say is just your own attempt to justify/rationalize your lack of success in the game.

You've never made it past level 50... You can watch streamers/let's players get well past that on Invasion completely self-found with a variety of builds.

It's possible.. you just haven't been able to do it yet. Not the game's fault.

If you fight Merviel with low cold resist you will get owned
If you fight Vaal with low lightning resist and too lazy to dodge his laser, one shot.
If you fight Dominus and you try to faceroll him with bad gear, dead player.

Invasion takes the awareness level you require when fighting bosses and makes the players require this almost all the time on every single map. I can agree that this is asking too much of the players too quickly. GGG should have made this league come after another 2-3 leagues to warm up players to increasing difficulty and not have drop-kicked them with Invasion.

The league is too hard for the majority of HC players. The league isn't terribly imbalanced. There is a difference. The league is by no means "perfectly balanced" and no league ever will be. I am still waiting for this "random" factor to occur to me in my own time spent playing Invasion. After many many levels and many many bosses, I have yet to see this "random" factor people seem to be so keen on blaming GGG for.

I've had many near death moments in Invasion and I love the fact that their is a game that can get my heart going.

Run away to fight another day.

Facetank it like a boss.

Out burst, the burst.
