Then pick up frenzy charges, remaining es nodes and Adders wheel.

Get a jade flask. Pop that and your granite flasks all the time.

I would also work on getting a chest with more ES, even if you have to run 5L.

Edit:just realized I have that node that increases the Eva rating with frenzy charges. I'll check to see what my rating is with full charges when I get home.---------- ~.~ it is a 16% chance to evade with 6 charges

What colors/links would you use for the CI version of it? I'm assuming you'd run Melee Damage on Full Life over something else.

Flicker>Multistrike>melee on full life>melee physical>increased critical damage>melee splash/added fire(for single target)

However, I just feel weak. My Flicker damage is 5k with full charges, but I feel that the majority of the time I just go around the room doing literally 0 damage. Is this desync?

Can you post your stats/tree?

Off that bat I can say a lot of your gems are still low lvl.

20% LS helps a great deal and PCoC is important to have leveled as well.

Your CwDT gem is leveled a good bit but your linked gems are so low, that's kinda pointless.

Also a staunching flask is pretty important for dealing w corrupted blood. You shouldn't rly be worried about shock except against certain bosses. Otherwise your gear looks pretty solid.

Also throw your money at the new MTX. Moose head ftw.
