[FlickFrap's] "Galaxy" Flicker Build (Not Cheap) [OUT OF DATE]
Do you mind disclosing your DPS calculation?
I was under the impression that Accuracy, Critical Chance, and Critical Multiplier are already factored into the 'Damage Per Use'. Presumably, that's why swapping Additional Accuracy, Increased Critical Strikes, or Increased Critical Damage gems would change your Damage Per Use. If that's true, wouldn't you just need to multiply 'Damage Per Use' by 'Attacks Per Second' to get 'Damage Per Second'? That would indicate your DPS is significantly lower than 2 million. Thanks! OK I just checked
Flicker is 3k 0.19 APS with hatred no frenzy charges 0.14 with 4 frenzy charges ES 2.5k with Discipline - without 1.5k Chance to hit 78% Crit Chance without power charges 76.1% with 5 power charges = 95% ( If I remove Rat's Nest my crit chance is 94.1% with 5 charges and base APS without charges goes up 0.01 so it is now 0.2 APS) Crit Multi 408% Is there anything else? OK I updated my gear and gems a little bit but still have about 5ex to spend...

" I'm pretty sure Damage Per Hit already incorporates crit multi. This is why your Damage Per Hit changes when you swap in/out an Increased Critical Damage gem. In that case, your calculation is double-counting crit multi. IGN: BaiBhai | BhaiBhai | Bhailo

Hey man,
I am loving the playstyle of the build, but as others I am having trouble keeping up my mana and it ends up killing me a lot. I am running the CI variant, because I am not wealthy enough to own a shav/eye.

" I don't know how it would be possible to have already factored in accuracy/crit & multi in the dmg per hit. If that's true then the number they give you has a ridiculous amount of variables and is in no way an accurate number to be presenting to people as a tooltip. But I'll take your word for it.
