i am little concerned that this build doesn't take diamond skin and iron reflexes
it also doesn't use golem's blood ?

any thoughts on that?

I'm worried this build doesn't have sufficient survivability. I find I was more tanky when I used mana. When I grabbed blood magic I went from a badass tank to nearly dying to magic mobs, and in some cases just normal ones. I see in the video posted that OP has this same issue. I'm not comfortable with having my health drop so low so frequently in hardcore mode. All it will take is one DPS spike and it's over.

Anyone else feel this way?

just died at level 57

I had decent gear and was probably the most useless person in every group in terms of dps and survivability

I don't really recommended this build, no offense to the thread maker of course as I appreciate anyone who puts time and effort into helping others with builds

I used this build as a starter and than i've changed some nodes .. right now i'm in Cruel act 3 and i have a lil' bit problems cause i haven't picked the hp and amror nodes b4 and went for mace dmg ... it's a bit difficult but you can make it ... LS dps is sitting around 1.6k right now and i'm feeding 3 auras clarity, determination,hatred ... if needed i can turn also purity or haste .. but after that i cant use molten shell or conductivity curse

I felt I was stronger pre BM as well, but I couldn't spam LS as long. Whereas now I can spam it but I need life leech gem with it against tougher enemies, and with only four slot items it hurts LS dps. I can't go back to pre BM either now since I've spent tons getting gear without int or mana on them.

For all of the survivability nodes taken - I don't feel particularly tanky, against champion packs of my own level I struggle. I pretty much have to farm mobs below my level to feel safe ever. Its my first character though so I have no point of comparison, aside from in groups where my dps is basically worthless. That may be the case for most melee dps vs ranged though. I was considering going for a 2hr or DW because if I can't tank the mobs for very long then at least my dps would be massively increased and I wouldn't have to.
