Critical weakness will generate power charges now. This is nice. But overall the nerfbat strikes hard with 20% less triggering chance.

Will be very noticable vs SINGLE TARGETS and of course in the early levels. Slow and unreliable procs. Even now there are times when 10 hits from spectral throw generate no coc procs.

One more tree.

Life Shadow, 41% block from the tree lets us replace one Gauche with a good CoC dagger while keeping max block. This is an attempt to compensate proc chance nerf.

EB/MoM version of the same tree.

Critical Weakness: Life and mana on kill have been added. There's now a chance to gain a power charge when you kill an enemy.

I think it is a shame not to include the 1 point wonder +1 power charges node for this reason.

Profane chemistry might be worth getting too instead of some life points. They add max life AND 60% increased life recovery from flasks. With Herbalism you get 80% increased life from flasks. Very nice.

Edit: Thought Thrill killer added life instead of mana because of the misleading life icon :(

Nice trees you're posting SunnyRay, shadow start seems promising.

BTW there's one thing i don't understand: you said elemental equilibrium is more "questionable" now and you're not using it in your trees, but since we can always cast fire and cold spells (plus lightning with Ungil's) i don't understand why.
Arctic breath and fireball have same speed and similar AoE making them excelent for EE. We cast lots of them, and hits alternate most of the time: ice - fire - ice - fire - ...

Replace arctic breath with ice spear and things may change. Fireballs explode, spears pierce, which may result in consecutive hits of the same element.

I'm also considering ice spear + freezing pulse without fire at all.
Freezing Pulse is a wonderful skill, especially at shotgunning targets, while ice spear seems more fitting at long range, they can certainly complement; but wouldn't something like Fireball + Freezing Pulse be able to benefit of EE?

STs used on a pack can proc tens of GMP FPs and FBs. To benefit from EE hits must alternate.

If, for example, FP is faster than FB, then we may land, say, 10 consequtive cold hits, and then 10 consequtive fire hits, with only 1-2 lightning hits somewhere in between.

Monsters far behind others may only be hit by FP, but not FB.

Also, nerfed proc chance means that proccing only one spell instead of two will happen more often, two FP casts without FB in between will happen more often.

May be it's not a problem, but I can't say for sure.
