I don't get it.. how do you cast spectral throw when it's supported by CoC. Skills supported by CoC cannot be cast directly

Str is a good stat to have on gear because it adds life.
Immortal call on cwdt is not mandatory for this build, I'm not even sure if it's worth sockets.

Taadaaaaaa, note this is optimised for high levels, for levelling you're probably gunna want to route through top of ranger.

It works but mana may be a lil worse. Spell dmg isn't so bad to lose, if you're that keen just go for Shadow spell dmg.

Still iffy if i wanna full invest on this, but grabbed 3 items yesterday to test them out. And seen some major improvements. I opted to just grab a +2% neck since there currently 1/12th the price(people that where online). Still need to grab those last 3hp nodes, since my hp is a little out of my comfort zone, lol.

10c Lets me make up for lost resistance on feet/neck.

How how much is 4-8 added fire damage on a ring going to mess with my DPS with EE? The other stats are pretty vital to keeping my resists max, can't quite find another ring like it.

stone of lazhwar and rainbow stride

because of three dragons now your fireballs shock and making the next procs deal 30% more damage and the shocks can be stacked.

stone of lazhwar and rainbow stride add 56% to block spell damage almost canceling the reflect damage.

To post images put between img and /img in brackets, to link items go to your character(right above switch character) and left click your gear. Not sure about all the block stats, but I'm pretty sure spectral throw with added lightning damage already adds shock.

hm when i was not running three dragons i never seen an enemy who got shocked by spec throw or may be i overlooked it i dont know but after i ran three dragons my damage did increase
