Yes, they do stack... you can always double curse with deodre's, they should be cheap 2c~?

So you can do el. weakness + flammability for super crispy.

so I just beat a3 merc piety and dominus + library with below items.

I haven't played this game for over a year now and never went too far in HC, mostly due to that I always played melee characters and I never got good gear, without good gear you just die. here with this build you let the totems tank.

however I nearly RIPd a couple of times because of desync or while exiles/bosses jump on me (especially dominus fight the pre-minibosses) without logout macro I`d be in standard league now...

build is good, chill build but yet again we are very squishy.

3.8k hp. 76/74/75 resists, 146 armor / 1139 evasion

Desync will do that regardless of the build, and being "ranged" and not aggro'ing mobs helps. Especially if you got things attacking for you. But yeah, if you're unaware of your current surroundings etc. it can be very nasty.

So to go defensively about it. Usual is CWDT + End Cry + Imm Call + Inc duration... Can change Inc duration for enfeeble, as that second is enough for you to react and stop chain of attacks.

But to really build up defenses is to take the route I often recommend, save up for Cloak of Defiance (lvl that discipline) and get mana regen to be able to max out AA. ES/AR or hybrids for gear and a Iron Skin Granite... you can also choose to self-cast Immortal Call, but it's up to you... I added a note in 1.2.0 passive tree about that. Requires very good knowledge of surroundings, and "constant awareness" but phys immunity for what should be like 10+sec with max charges I'd say. Best defence really is careful play and pray for no desync. heh
Also stack life and carry a warding flask or overcap on res by 44 or something close.

What is AA?

I didnt get EB yet because I have only like 200 ES. might pick it up if I get hold of a cloak of defiance.

AA is Arctic Armour.

what do you think of geofri's crest and COD? Should I use both if I can? Should I only use CoD then find a high ar/ES helm with life and resists? If I use geofri's, should I keep my AA inside or auras? or flame totems? I'm assuming +1 isn't better than having 1 extra link? (I don't expect to have a 6L in beyond any time soon)
