LV 50..all went smooth..but..took a better look at the tree..how do you plan to cover the LMP Maxing, with a SINGLE DEX node? Dont see any other way besides itemization..which could be used for some extra damage/resists instead of high +dex necesity

It's enough to get started, leveling LMP/GMP isn't that important so you "must" get dex on gear. getting some is easy and beneficial, even though leveling 'em doesn't provide any significant dmg boost. It's like with AA (though AA is much more important), don't overlevel it.

Hey GoranH really loved your build, currently 65 lvl on Rampage, all went smooth haven't even died once. I'd like to get your advice on what to change in terms of my items. Thought about buying Cloak when I'll get to EB, and use fusings to 3link gloves for : LW + FC + RD
Would really appreciate your help :)

Thanks, GodBlessFX.

...

PS. 1500 + DPS totems are amazing

@edit
Just dropped GMP and thinking about switching.

Glad it's doing great for you. Not doing part is kinda the aim for the build... without a shield too! Sweet. :)

So for gear, this is my suggestion.

If you want to keep dual sceptre wand... spelldmg/cast speed primary, secondary mana regen, tertiary res.

Res of gear, get some dex (you have more than enough already), don't overlevel lmp/gmp unless you're certain.

On jewelerly get life/res/mana regen.. res of gar is life and res.
Cloak is an amazing item, it'll largely boost survibility, and nice mana regen for AA on it.
And later on, people it seems from this thread love armor, you can do that... ok. My personal suggestion would be, get good ES gear with life/res, you will eventually turn off discipline, have max lvl AA and obscene life pool... and then on just work on dmg. ;)

Hi great build im enjoying it thus far.

Im running this build on beyond lvl 65 at the moment - just one question though:

Why is increased skill effect duration picked up? It seems as though its wasted for the totems as they have to be resummoned fairly often anyways.

Thanks again for the guide and any help.

Inc skill duration I did (as I noted in the bold text part) if you care to self-cast Immortal call...
As exotize said. ;)

Level 50 in Beyond League so far. Seems to be going strong. Just finished up scion life wheel and heading up to EB. First time running this build and I really like the flexibility. Handles the summoned monsters just fine.

I'm glad it's doing good in beyond from all your feedback... thing I love about non-flavor builds. :) They keep at it.

Keep having fun and keep us updated!
GoranH.

Hey GoranH, thanks for the awesome build.

I'm currently lvl 77 in Beyond and I did some modification to your build. I think with a decent amount of armour and a granite with instapots the increased duration nodes are somewhat overkill. I haven't even used cwdt+immortal call yet and I'm doing great (70+ maps). However, I highly value life regen because of all the chaos damage in the league and it really helps me stay alive. The only issue I have is that my dps is not quite there where I want it, but I hope a 5l with added chaos damage will help out.

Question: Why do you prefer taking the spell damage nodes at the witch tree to the new fire damage nodes at the north end of the tree (especially the 25% with 2% fire pen)?

Immortal call is for immunity. Downside is it can be tedious, and you need to be aware of when to pop it. Your way is possibly better in terms of it's consistent phys dmg reduction, but requires more itemization... I just prefer MoM part of it (stacking effective life). ;) But if anyone is armor lover (ton of 'em it seems) it and AA work splendid.

As for chaos dmg, hmmm... apart from Spinesnap (very dangerous fella) nothing else really, desecrate map mod is easily maneuvrable.

As for dmg, 5L added chaos and levels on flame totem... spelldmg/firedmg/cast speed on gear do wonders.

I'll update the tree, few days ago I respec'd and tested some things I couldn't before.... conclusing.

Spell dmg nodes are best, followed by cast speed and firedmg (that cluster vs typical cast speed nodes... fire cluster beats it by a good margin) and lastly totem dmg, just awful, not sure why. Spell dmg is as good as fire dmg.

Anyhow... yeah, that cluster is great. ;) Get it! Typical fire nodes are 8%, those ones are 12%. ;)

As for final tree, it's good. Totem cast speed isn't bad at all, esp. in moments where you need to be quick. btw If you're concerned about totem tankiness, cybil's paw works wonders even if not good dmg wise.

Is switching to GMP when possible advisable with this build?
Hi GoranH,

Thanks for the great guide, lv 64 on rampage and it's been going rather well. Even with crap gear.
Was a little too ambitious to try Dominus, 2nd form kicked my ass.. But Piety was really easy actually.

Was wondering if you had tried out dual curses, ie flammability + elemental weakness. Is it worth the 6 points on the tree to get there?

Cheers
Doing lvl 70 maps right now with this build.

There's always Deodre's ring. Arc + Curse on Hit + 2x curse does the work. ;) Or manually casting them, whatever tickles your fancy.

Hi,
I'm new to this game, but what use is the increased elemental damage from the "Elementalist" passive if you can only deal damage with totems due to Ancestral Bond?

Cast speed/Fire dmg/Spell dmg/El. dmg applies to you... and totems.

does fire penetration and flammability stack? thinking of using enfeeble for dmg reduction.

and if so, is there any debuff cap on monsters?
