the turning uniques into rare thing is.. bullshit. i can see that it needs to have a downside on a unique too, maybe it rerolls the brakets, but completely making it rare? nah.. thats just too much. if its an expensive unique, the danger is just too high.. is danger vs. benefit and on a legacy unique the benefit cant be big enough to make it worth taking the risk.. just my 2 cents tho
