Almost means very close to something.

A 500 pDPS sword would be close to mirror worthy.
A 199.68 pDPS sword is essentially garbage, but since it has low level requirements, it's great for leveling.

By the way, that hybrid phys/acc isn't the only bad thing.
Cold damage is also a very bad thing.

Almost mirror worthy would be a sword with #1 tier flat phys, hybrid phys/acc and IAS mods, #2 tier % physical damage mod, at least in standard, where you are.

Let alone other 2 mods, which aren't really "needed", but if you're speaking of a mirror worthy, they have to be something good, #1 tier of course.

I already said Morgoth2356 (and by extension you) is right. What more could you want?

The point of my post was not that statement by the way the point was its an excellent sword, too bad the item level is too low for it too mean something. Isn't that the point of this thread?

We are now arguing semantics in a thread that is meant for amusement.

I cincerely apologize to the forums audience for being so misleading in my statement. I don't know how it happened but rest assured that no stone will be left unturned in my quest to find out why. The most likely explanation at this point in time (2014-02-28 10:25 am PST) has to do with the accused (me) being a little too excited after seeing this sword drop. I am deeply moved by this and will reflect further upon the issue until I get to the reason why

Higher IL wouldn't make it any better.
