" All of those wands suck really hard, my advice is buy the new one, Piscator's Vigil - it's very affordable and works well. Put LL in 6L and replace Hatred with Haste. Rings should have mana regen, acc, wed, crit, flat phys (phys wand) but mana regen is very desirable. IGN: Chundaziri

yesterday i did a few dom runs with guild mates, and a friend found this:
I asked him to lend me the shield to do some testing, and used the trick to find out if i it has more exalt spots, and apparently it has. Now from my experience i know that the block rate comes with a little bit of increase es % , is this the case here? should i buy it and try to exalt it for 500+ es? that if is possible. |

I'm seeking some advice again. I have shav's, coe, auxium, legacy rainbows, and hopefully soon atziri gloves. However, i cant afford buying GG mirror jewellry/shield/weapon in a loong time. It's also really hard to find a wand with desired mods without going into mirror range. This leaves me with semi low dps (about 10k GMP), and i sometimes loose power charges on bosses without adds. I therefore consider swapping to ST which after my calculations will give me the option to run Purity of Lightning and Purity of Fire and still able to sustain ST due to the way lower mana cost (Purity of Fire, Purity of Lightning, clarity, discipline, hatred, wrath, anger). This also gives way better options for rings when the resists aren't so direly needed. My question is, will this work with a Bino (10+crit)?. And would this be the way to go in passive tree (assuming atziri gloves and lvl 94)? Will this be a dps increase (and also survivability due to purities)?
