That wand has all 6 mods already. However, I reckon that would be a nice wand to start off with.

I don't snapshot, but you can wear blood magic gear to avoid using blood magic gem to apply auras to life. This usually results in around twice the amount of auras you can usually run.

The X% Increased Critical Strike Multiplier stat found on items and passives is applied as a percentage of the base Critical Strike Multiplier. This means 100% Increased Critical Strike Multiplier will result in a 300% Critical Strike Multiplier. (150% + 100% of 150%)

so what you need to do is take all the multiplier you have on gear+tree+gem which in kai's case is 149(gem)+135(acuity tree)+38(wand)+69(ammy)=390%

150%*(1+390%)= 739% which is closer to he's stated 708% which might've been outdated but much higher than 451% this is why Increased crit damage gem is so strong with crit build.
