Please dont spread that this is the first clan/guild in PoE.A clan 'BloodKhans' was created much before your guild.

Anyways its great to see other people looking into the benefits of Clans, both the social aspect as well as support, pre planned groups, events etc etc... " Aplha testing is happening now involving people on this forum as well as the fact that Beta will happen very soon... How is finding people who click with you, have the same motivations and excitement for the game and want to develop something that WILL continue after release FAIL? And whats the downside to starting that process now? If we have some core members, a fully functional website, planned events/PvP, when open beta/release comes is that not benefitial? I think it's really cool that you guys are doing this. I just want to say don't be suprised if there are not a lot of clan features in the game once beta is released. Which means a lot of your guild management will have to be handled in a free form manner.
For example deciding on a couple things now will make the process of getting your clan together once beta starts will help you. Who will act as the guild bank? Since instances will only support a set amount of people. How can you make it so that all members fill included? Timezones of members. Also remember they will be adding clan support, but this might take awhile. It might be hard to organize a clan without the proper tools. Just looking forward to beta so i can play with you guys. Clan Update - 9th July 2011
Website Website is visually finished, with only the calander/event system to be integrated. That system will be the DXH dxhmtl/ajax event calander. See http://dhtmlx.com/docs/products/dhtmlxScheduler/index.shtml It is fully ASP.NET MVC compatible and will use the underlying website MSSQL DB to persist events! I hope to have this up and running early next week. Membership Membership continues to growwith the addition of our latest member. Also with the huge increase in PoE forum members we hope this treand will continue.. Closed Beta With closed beta mere weeks away we hope you have as many clan members be invited to the game as possible so we can start scheduling set events and preset group runs. Of so we could start to ingage with the developers providing feedback on group mechanics, group dungeons, and clan needs. Look forward to seeing you all ingame --Purepower signing off The Exiled Clan
