As far as I know there are no plans to have any kind of "untouchable" members whatsoever, including the leader. I dunno I'll wait and let some other people do some more talking.

There is no need for any "plans" , deal is a deal and thats all.

First off Obscene I don't really want to get dragged into this. The former clan was really like 4 people. It basically fizzled out and the only one that still thought it was going was you. You lumped me into the whole thing thinking it was still going. The fact is when i signed up here that was my resignation.

Another thing that I want to touch on is that these leadership positions are to help members in general. No position is going to let one member make slaves of the others. The leader is there to settle disputes and make some decisions. He is trusted by the other members to act in that capacity in there place. Another thing is that instead of demanding a position realize that we elected to be democratic which means a majority vote. So feel free to nominate yourself once a position opens up or is created. Honestly I would be helping out whether or not I had a position. So the best way to do it is to have fun and be helpful to other members.

That's all I have to say on the matter. If Pure wants to renig on the deal that's fine because the terms were not really clear in the first place and as I mentioned before it was a misunderstanding.

Indeed Zidjian is correct.

We understood there would be quiet a number of established active Bloodkhans mergeing (>10) and as such a position would be given as a representitive for them and their interests.

That position was never ever meant to make that representitive "untouchable".
Rather it would be a place on our council and if that person was deemed not to be pulling their weight the Clan could vote for removal and nominate another - as with any council position including the Clan Leader.

As you have not been online, active, attending meetings, voting, nominating or anything else, Zidjian who has been very active and has proven his leadership has been voted onto the Council.

If you wish to stay with us Zidjian will be acting as the Bloodkhan representive.

If you dont wish to stay I will happily remove the "1st PoE Clan" messages from all Threads, Posts and Websites (as this was the Deal in your point of view).
The BloodKhans (made up of yourself and..?) can then continue seperately from The Exiled as if no merge (i wish) had happened.

Please let us know your decision and we will take the appropriate actions.

I'm afraid that after this you might have lost a few friends here.

After a "colourful" PM from Obscene today, he remains reluctant to accept the decisions that were made in his absence.
I have taken the content and tone of his PM as request to discontinue with The Exiled.
Website, Threads and Posts have been updated to reflect this.

Shark will join the Council as 2iC #2, and will be responsible for covering key roles, membership and recruiting, as well as any other council assigned tasks.

I'm sure that when another Clan Role is needed or a Council position needs filling that p0rt will be a strong future favourite.
