Passive projectile speed was a big deal when i was running incinerate, you arent far from it. I recommend the following tweaks. Notice it gets fire nodes rather than the shadow spell damage. But it also gets the life/mana nodes. In addition i approached the templar branch from the outside trading some basic 10 int nodes for es/armor.

Additionally, i should add i abandoned incinerate when i could afford a better build. Incinerate gets snuffed out quicker than a deer passing through a shooting range at an NRA convention once lightning thorns goes up.

His gear got nothing to do with it, 160% hp from tree is bad. No excuses.

His gear misses around 30 chest, 60 helm, 80 gloves, 80 boots, 100 shield, 30 belt, around 200 jewelry - thats 580 hp for about 1500 life after % mod - brings his hp closer to 4500 WITH the perfect gear only rmters can get. So if he upgrade some stuff he MIGHT be at 4k hp ... which considering the buff to base life and % nodes in tree getting easily 6k on other builds, is still very bad. But then again, reading a title like 'tank' and 'no gear requirement' I expected it to have a decent amount of hp and defenses with minimal investment - without investing its got very low hp. He has a random amount of armor too. Blind doesnt work on spells or explosions or stuff like torture chamber boss. Blinding the entire room in the jungle valley boss room is impossible, what is he going to do, skip the map every time or vendor them all because he cant do it? That room will rape this build in split seconds.
