It's broken and they need to fix it. I can not put my case forward any more plainly than that. Sorry if you are too stupid to comprehend.

problem i see is, you got it all wrong probably thanks to chris and his switch in argumentation and the non-sensical introduction of "sales" in a free project probably to give the greedy ones a push to donate.

youre not buying a product here, youre donating to a free project and receive some ingame effects to show your support to others. you're not entitled to get anything, see the TOS.

you would have bought a product if there were some subscription fee to enter the servers. but there really is none, it's a free game.

of course it's free to you to cancel your support for your own reasons but i supported this game from day 2, i still love it and don't tolerate others who call to boycott it.

sure it has it's backdraws but i do software as well and know how difficult it is to please every customer if your product has many. usually when they want some feature perfected it's more helpful if they help in the first place (order the feature) so i can arrange the resources to fix it. a boycott would be totally counter productive to their goals in the first place as i would just ignore them.

I do understand that rampagin is unhappy but you make it transparent and easy to comprehend man.

Also I have read about what you wrote several times, in various post on forums about customer service complaints, RMA etc. When the customer is calm and collected even if the company is at fault, and he is angry on the inside, then the clerk does everything as fast as possible to help the customer, but if it comes to yelling and name calling, then the clerk will naturally not feel too obliged to be treating that person as a priority customer in any good way atleast.

A sane person realizes this, thus wont be calling the person that is going to serve his or her dinner a "lardback" ^^ unless a certain degree of longing exists to taste some saliva mixed in with the dish. Recognizing this as a possibility with high chance to make it come true of course.

To the actual news:

Im so exited I almost got a "poegasm" when reading the announcement. Its about time we get more content imo. Realizing that its no easy task to deal with, but you always manage to deliver at said time and with most of the content well delivered to us GJ GGG!

Is this not ACT IV? Now I know its all secrecy for now. I myself do hope it is Act IV even though Im confident in that a mini-expansion without it would be the same amount of joy that have been delivered by you guys since I first got in to the closed BETA.

So for me it feels fitting her to write: "Good news everybody!" (Now dont come saying to me that you didnt say it with Professor Hubert Farnsworths voice in your mind ^^)

As compared to Blizzard's method of releasing patches for Diablo 3: 4 minors updates/additions. Beta test for 2 months, over the course of which they fix 2 of the 17 large bugs found. Release.
