could you do a leveling path for the passives or atleast explain which way i should go first?
The reason why I dont have leveling paths is because I dont recomend this build at all for leveling cause of CI and the level requirement for Harbinger Bow (level 68) I can link you a path for 70+ if you want that pm me.

something is wrong then maybe poe calculated the crit wrong and i have 14% free crit?
I heard rumors that the harbinger gives even more crit but caps at 9.35% or i am just stupid.

I still dont understand how to get 95% cap Crit chance. From your ranger passives, you get 380% Crit chance with bow. From 6 power charge, you get 300% Crit chance. From your amulet, you get 37% Crit chance. From your quiver, you get 26% Crit chance. From the Increase Crit Strick Gem, you get 125% Crit chance.
380% + 300% + 37% + 26% + 125% = 868%
Your bow is 9.35% Crit chance
868% x 9.35% = 81.16%
Did I miss something? is this the best we can get from the best crit bow in this game?
I just want to know how to cap the crit chance with bow. Please help me with this.

the 868% is increased crit chance, so you need to do (1+868%)*9.35 =90.5% which is closer to the 95%
but Fyndel is higher lvl than his tree here hence got more crit on his tree hence the 95%
