if you have a mirrord bow like me or a rly similar dmg one its IMPOSSIBLE to play without Vaal pact

Nah it's for leveling on the new upcoming domination league :) So damage won't be outstanding to begin with :)

for leveling you dont need vaal pact after 70+ you should start getting good jewlery and then 80+ vaal pact

Blood dance don't really buff charges in this build. It gives worse attack speed, but increases dmg vs. mobs of 35% or less hp. Not a good trade, if you have good dmg. Then it will increase the risk of reflect damage. The movement speed can be buffed to +10% which makes it equal to any rare or blue boots.

The main feat of the boots is the 6-7% life regen, which this build cannot use, since it does not have zealots oath.

All in all: a big no go.

He wrote that in his guide. Use ctrl-f for search function and type bandits :p

normal: kill all (es dont need the 40 hp from oak)
cruel: 18% phys dmg
merciless: power orbs.
