life: 8,492*.9 = 7,642.8 damage per second from life
ES: 399*.7 = 279.3 damage per second from ES

Total damage taken per second from RF before fire resist: 7,922.1

Fire resist: 92%

Total damage taken per second from RF after fire resist:

7,922.1 * .08 = 633.768

Total damage taken from RF with +24% effect of buffs:

633.768 * 1.24 = 785.87232

Life regen per second without vitality: 792.6

It shows that it is a slow regeneration in game.

Conclusion:

Increased effect of buffs does increase RF damage to self. This could have been proven earlier had any of you bothered.
