Piety run and killing her video pls... His build needs to be fastest casting all and also to a single target, CoC it cast tones of times per second and it depends on the nodes and items also. This non critc will build needs to reach as same CoC builds or almost.

"I will do that in few hours or tomorrow. I know about Cast Speed, it's for that i use Dual wands with Cast Speed ;) I have 1 more AoE node to take, then it's cast speed or elemental/spell damage or life. But it's clearly impossible to reach the cast speed like with CoC because for CoC it doesn't depend of Cold Snap cast but the attack speed and crit. when i have the speed shrine, it's just a tone of fun =)
But very hard to have 3 cast per second so 4 or 5... :( Cold Snap should be boosted with +15% damage at high lvl and Cast Speed should be 0.7 or 0.65 :o Last edited by KikitheKing#7914 on Jan 26, 2014, 2:01:54 PM

"yes 25s but as i said in first post, it's a prototype. This build never claim to clean easily and quickly maps and bosses at this time. I have done this build to show it works and it works well. GGG already balances Fire spells, maybe next turn is for ice or light spell (ice spell i hope secretly :p ) Ele res is an issue for build based on only 1 elemental, it's not reserved for this one ;) I will do Dominus later, after this lvl.
