How to rock HC Merciless with 50 dps!

Whats the most intresting is, thats does Iron Grip works with explosive arrow? If yes you could get a good amount of dmg from it.

If not using Blood Magic, Do you have mana issues?

For single target damage I usually put a Flame totem down (It aggro's mobs btw) Then while the totem is tanking I just throw bear traps down on the enemy and keep applying EA PA.

I don't think Iron Grip applies because it only applies to the physical bonus from strength. Since damage is coming from fire with EA, it doesn't care about physical damage.

why not lifeleech instead of life gain per hit?

Just wanted to say I'm trying this build out and lovin it. Would it be viable to replace LMP with GMP for explosive arrow in the long run, assuming you have enough life regen to cover it?

I personally wouldn't due to the cost vs reward. I believe with GMP you will miss with some of the extra arrows meaning you do not really gain anything from switching to GMP whereas it will cost you more life even if you do miss with some arrows.

Can i improve the quality of the bow with a blacksmith stone?

my bow has +11dex and +50% project speed only :/

Unfortunately you can't affect those stats =/



Btw... kinda dumb question but can anyone confirm that concentrated effect and increased AOE works with the explosive arrow charges?

Well, I have now solo'd merciless act 3 (including Piety) on softcore and successfully farmed my first map (got exalted drop :D) with this build (slightly modified). =)

I'm lvl 67 right now though and I have pretty decent gear. It's a really fun build, and I think it will be my main for a while.
