Lost microtransactions and Closed Beta supporters who bought stash tabs
GGG, great job with everything so far. I hope the launch was a success for you guys. I'm really looking forward to the post about how it went for you. I would love to see numbers about how many people logged on, and how much money was made.
Thanks for everything! |

GGG your the best in customer support and being a better team than most other games!
I just noticed today that I could get free tabs etc but will not being asking support for them at all! Those that are / complained, need shooting! We all knew there was a chance that micro could change from week to week, no different than shop's etc and so I say "shame on you, that are greedy" !!! Keep up the good work GGG |

I'm not sure I understand all the math but ...
Couldn't all of this be solved by a "Upgrade to Premium Stash Tab - BUNDLE", to resolve the point differences? Then avoid having to handle all the requests to gain 1 extra tab per 5 via e-mail? Just an idea. Keep rocking GGG. |

Also, with regards to weapon effects, what is your stance on Dual wielding weapons? Does not seem fair that you have to purchase 2 effects if you want to dual wield.

" Why? Like this you are able to use 2 of your favourites. I think it should be like this. |

GGG have restored my faith in the gaming industry.
I mean seriously, I have yet came across any other gaming company who treats their customer as good as GGG is. |

I don't really have a horse in this race for a couple reasons. First, I was crazy enough to get all five kiwis, so I'm not lacking in points. Second, I foresaw stash tabs six or seven months ago and contacted support back then. So this post is just me venting after reading the boards today.
To start with, I am so thankful that the basic character limit is 24. I have a fantasy that a decade ago Chris logged onto battle.net and went "I can only create *eight* characters for Diablo II? There are seven classes and several builds for each class. This is bogus! If I ever make a game I won't do that to my players!" I hope that having lots of characters in an account causes people to buy more custom effects to spread around them. About the support packs, I understand the reasoning for relatively fewer points in the smaller packs. Weirdly enough, though, I think there would have been less grief if the $5 and $10 packs gave 45 and 95 points or even 40 and 90. Yes, it's not rational to blame GGG for giving people more for their money. On the other hand, knowing (assuming?) the shop items are all priced in multiples of 5, when I saw the 46/96 it just seemed like something was wrong to me. That was simply my initial reaction. Otherwise, I'm still trying to get my head wrapped around the idea of cosmetic purchases. I must be nuts because I've got all these kiwis, yet the Spectral Basilisk is looking pretty cool. Running heists fully zoomed in... because
