Flay' Flicker Finder - 800,054 DPS, 50/390MF, fast clear speeds. [New pics in MF gear/FAQs]

1) If you have a Crown of eyes then you probably could make a Solaris work, however I don't think you would be able to run a prism guardian, in order to make solaris work you probably would need a 300+ ES shield, otherwise you will have closer to 2k ES... Which might work but man that will suck. You could give it a shot tho. If you have a crown you will do so much dps that unless you 1 shot yourself you will slaughter most things.

2) Increased Elemental Damage with Weapons is absolutely insane for any aura character. I have an elemental flicker right now, and in item rarity gear I can get 32k dps with a 6c dagger(used to be more but I dropped some crit mult). The reason it is so good has to do with the keyword: increased. If you have a lot of increased modifiers, increased is not that good. Say you have something like phys damage: SBlak already has a lot of increased modifiers for his phys dmg, so getting a bit of increased phys dmg is not that big of a deal. However, to my knowledge SBlak has 0 increased elemental weapon damage other than the belt... so basically every source of elemental weapon damage he is outputting goes up like 30%... which is insane. Look at his DPS screens, and look at all of the elemental damage numbers. Now imagine those numbers at 75% of their current value. That's what it would be without his belt.

3) Accuracy is important for 2 reasons that I know of: mana leech and crit. Flicker depends on mana leech to keep going. If we get a chain of misses, we go OOM really really really fast, especially with how Sblak set the character up so mana leech is his main source of sustain. Also every time you crit, you reroll your chance to hit. Imagine you have a 95% crit chance and a 60% chance to hit. .6*.95 is .57. Effectively without accuracy your crit goes WAAAYYY down. All daggers have high crit multi (500+) and Sblaks is crazy, so his crit chance and crit mult are totally wasted without high accuracy

With that dagger, this build would easily hit 1.4 million dps. /drool.

Good answers ReaperPi. Accuracy is the hardest stat to get lots of. Big numbers are available on your rings and amulet and an absolute must because with crits, accuracy is rolled twice. Because of that, low accuracy hurts crit builds hugely.

A 75% chance to hit (accuracy) with a 95% crit chance is a 53% chance to crit.

An 85% chance to hit (accuracy) with a 95% crit chance is a 69% chance to crit.

A 90% chance to hit (accuracy) with a 95% crit chance is a 77% chance to crit.

A 95% chance to hit (accuracy) with a 95% crit chance is an 86% chance to crit.

Since all our dps comes from crits, going from 85% chance to hit up to 90% chance to hit goes from 69-77% chance to crit, or a 12% increase in damage, and is much more consistent damage as well.

Or you can get AXN's with 6 more pdps for 50ex more / growing tire of your Kaom huehue.

Think AXN's is 10 more fee, not 50 :)

It doesn't look like Ondar's Guile and Vaal Pact make a substantive difference outside of maps. For my non-Shavs CI build, losing Ondar's Guile and Vaal Pact as well as the extra Frenzy Charge and Duration nodes along that otherwise inflexible bottom skill path means I can free up 17 skill points that can be more beneficial elsewhere.
