1.3 [Newbie Friendly] GROUNDSLAMMER BUILD

Hey ninja what you thinking about combining your build with projectile build?, i made up to 64 lvl folowing your guide and now im think i go to iron reflexes + grace, point blank and iron reflexes, what you think ?

The lifesteal is in the circle with Purity of essence. Also you failed to notice that there are one handed maces. Only Slaughter actually only refers to two handers.

With a lot of life and high cold resistances it's pretty hard to get frozen.

more life + high cold res = lower incoming cold damage => lower chance to get frozen


Expanding on this: being frozen happens on incoming critical hits from cold damage, the duration is dependent on how large a percentage of your hit points that crit did.

Investing 2 points for "+10 life gained when you kill an enemy" and "+1% life leech" isn't worth it, imho.

You are right, there are 1h-maces, too.
BUT:
It is mentioned that we are using 2h-maces in the "Weapon-Spoiler".
And you really don't need a defensive "1h-mace+shield"-alternative with this build. :)

Many thanks for this guide, I tried some other class/build which failed badly (difficult to obtain gems and very gear dependent).

Almost finished Act 3 Cruel and dps and survivability wise this build is very strong, easy to obtain skill gems is a huge bonus.

It´s a bit tweaking pretty much everyone does. Lifesteal from passives is imho very valuable while elemental resistances is something I delegate to equiptment as much as possible.

1 hand maces aren´t the point but the shield is. X as panic button is extremely valuable.
Why no armor nodes?

You say armor isnt needed but I dont understand why
