Hi, im a really new player and my first character is a marauder, but i have a problem with the bandit rewards, before killing them all i hadnt read your guide, so after i killed them i started reading it again and then i saw that i had to help one banidt to get a reward, but i didnt help him, well i didnt help any of the bandits and i couldnt get the buffs, so i would like to know if i should start a new character or just keep going. my character is lvl 40 and is the only one i have, pls i would like an answer THANKS.

I've heard that GGG is going to allow respecs on the bandit rewards here soon. If that's the case I would just keep playing.

I always think about this when making a character and go with it because I assume someone did the math, but in cruel difficulty Kraityn offers 8% increased attack speed. I'm assuming this isn't as good as 12% physical from Oak?

Any tip of really good items from level 1-40? Thanks!

Oak is 18% extra damage afaik

I recently respecced Blood Magic for Determination Aura. Blood Magic build did fine for me until Merciless Act 3, where my character seemed to be torn apart in mass melee.


Is Mana Flows required for multiple aura management? Or do you guys just use mana leeches to compensate?

Since Cleave apparently sucks, what gem would you use for 2H axes?

You only need a decent weapon so you can progress. Other than that..

Try to get some boots with movement speed as well. Any will do really.

If you aren't starting from the very beginning (for example in the new league and don't have any currency) spend some alteration orbs on a double speed potion. This will be useful all the way to level 100.



If you want more useful leveling uniques i can list some i like to use.



If you need dex to use faster attacks (green gem) it's best to get those big +30 dex nodes.
Yes you can get this dex on your equipment as well but then you can't replace the pieces with dex later when you find something better. And you tend to find better equipment a lot while leveling.

When you have reached end game and know what gear you will use you can find tune your build and respec out of unneeded dex points.

I was wondering what dps levels users of this build sit at.

I am at around 1100dps@lvl51 for heavy strike and 430 for ground slam
