1.3 [Newbie Friendly] GROUNDSLAMMER BUILD
You recommend Faster Attacks, but I don't have enough Dex to use it. Should I take the big 30 Dex node, and should I level the gem?

" Yes you should level faster attack. You could take the dex node or find items with +dex Carnage Hearth Onyx amulet is a good start if you have a couple gcp Or this is free if you need it Just pm me or contact me in game : LastMFtoBreathe (standard league) Timezone : Est (Gmt-5) --- Ign: LastMFtoBreathe

Same here, where should i get the dext required to use faster attacks ?

" Thanks for the answer! The amount of dex required is pretty high though... I took the node, and I'm looking in to getting some dex items. |

I also took a +Dex node at some point (for Grace) but later when i got +Dex stats on gear i respected it.
Like anything with only 1 good stat, gear with +30Dex or more can be found for very cheap (like 1 alch), but the other stats would be crap :/ The rest of the stats will determine the price. So from my point of view, you have 3 options: 1)Temporary take a +Dex node until you find a good piece of gear with +Dex 2)Buy a dirt-cheap ring or something with +Dex and "suffer" from losing other good stats (that you may have on your current ring or found on more expensive rings). 3)Spend more and buy a good ring with +Dex plus more nice stats. Just laying out potential options, i don't suggest anything ;) Gear examples: Last edited by Monty_The_3rd#6672 on Nov 3, 2013, 5:09:40 PM

Sorry if this has been asked before but is this build viable in hc/nemesis endgame?

I used this build as a Newbie and very much enjoyed it up until around 50 when things just kind of got out of control. Gear became extremely important contrary to your words and faster attacks was a green gem with dex req that I just didn't have following your passive tree. It was a fun build and I learned a lot following it, but speaking as someone who was a newbie when they ran your build I found that following it to the letter just wasn't viable after hitting 50.
