you really want WED + good suffix as base.

I'm not sure if I want to swap out Soul Knuckle for Taming or a better ring. I have a few belts with various resists and WED that I swap out depending on which rings I use.



I'll probably work on some crit next in my passive tree.


Overall I like the build. I'm not sold on Blood Dance, but there aren't a lot of alternatives atm. Hoping a new unique will come along and be an obvious replacement. The quiver is probably next for an upgrade as well.

You can swap out bloodance for something like this and prioritize pure dps stats on the offhand ring but you may miss the life regen later. Using taming will decrease your paper dps considerably but its worth a try to see if the 5% increased damage per stack makes up for it.

Thanks, I may look at that tree and adjust. The amulet was a recent addition, so that solved my str and dex problems (current tree is 178 int, 301 str, 273 dex).

Yea, I have Charisma.

I have plenty of boots with ms, life and resists to use. I'm really hoping something with DPS comes along as a unique. I'm finding that I prefer to run purity of light and fire in 76-78 maps, so the extra resists from boots isn't really necessary. I tend to keep those running instead of using vitality.
It's only been on half recovery maps that I notice the extra regen and find a shot or two from la is sufficient. Mags on -res maps are the only time I really find the extra regen to be helpful.

I've also been considering swapping bow colors and adding in crit multi/pcoc and seeing how that works out. More really to play around. I'm happy with where I'm at for all the map mods around. I'm sure there's some combos I haven't come across yet and I refuse to do tc maps.

I don't group with other players and I can't afford a legacy Koams. I really don't want to wear a koams at all if i can avoid it. Would I still be able to make this build work?

Without at least a +500 hp koams it is remarkably difficult to get over 5000 life which i consider comfortable for progressing past 90.

There is simply no way to scale life high enough without one of the 2 flavors of koams due to poor game design.

If you have legacy koams, go scion, if you dont, marauder.

How exactly do you reach static blows in the beginning as a scion (since you're sayign rush that after getting the life nodes? I'm unsure since it seems you skill out of there after you get thunderfists and voltaxic according to your lvl 77 template?

Any reason you don't use frenzy in an OH lion eye's?

I do not take static blows. Voltaxics innate 10% and crit chance will take care of that. Tfist will greatly improve shock chance as well by reducing the threshold for shock to proc vs highly chaos or lightning resistant enemies.
