Hi Invalesco and the community,
thanks for this build, it's fun and I've learned alot about the game by playing it. I've just reached level 78 (Nemesis) doing mostly low level maps and when moving up to 69's and 70's I began to face some difficulties. My current skill tree

I decided to take some Life and Eva/life nodes instead of Crit multiplier because I had too many close calls. My current gear I know some of these gear choices are pretty questionable (belt ^^) but I really had a hard time balancing my resists with CoD. Any thoughts what should I replace first? I feel pretty squishy, currently sitting at 3,6k health and around 1k unreserved mana (without grace). My chance to evade is around 27%, isnt that too low? How do you deal with leapers (Goatmen ect)? " Sorry to hear about the rip. What flasks did you have? I tend to only have problems against weaver rather than the small spiders. Jade flasks tend to come in very useful. Then again, you wouldn't have access to both Jades and Lavianga's, hence your difficulty in that map I would imagine. " My chance to evade is lower than yours and I'm doing quite alright tbh! I just switch on a jade flask if necessary and pulse leapers to death. Freezing mine can be useful, but with experience you'll probably realise that there are mobs that are not worth trying to freeze. " Not necessary tbh. Yeah, jade flasks weren't an option for me so I just brought along two amethyst flasks to mitigate some of the damage from the Weaver. The little spiders just owned me once I messed up my perma freeze. Don't really have anyone to blame but myself though as I screwed up, and maybe if I had invested in a 6link Cloak I would've been able to dps the boss down in the 20 seconds she was frozen. Also not as many little guys would've been alive since I would've been killing them faster.

Okay, so... first step towards this AWESOME build, reached.
I know it's probably one of the most sh*tty rolls encountered, but hey, I just bought it for 3 Chaos + 1 Regret. I think it was cheap enough, even with that low roll. One thing though: I did it 6S, didn't buy it as that xP Now... let's begin the butt-hurt path of 6L it. Will update if I achieve any progress xD P.S.: I know I told you this many times before, but one more time won't hurt for what you have done for me with this: thank you for the awesome build. Really, much much thanks :D |

Is cloak of Defiance neccecary for this build? What is about ev|ex or ES chest with life+res?

" Thats my question, see my post w/passives above. Its possible to pick quite a few EV nodes (Reflexes, Elusiveness) and go with Mana Geyser in detriment of a few life/flask/mana nodes at the top. This gives a huge boost to EV, but it's possible that you get 1-hit on later levels i think (not enough HP buffer?) On the other hand, if mana isn't used to absorb damage you can prob. try more combinations (stack more hp, use auras, etc) Without Eldrich Battery: Comments welcome for other new-friendly / cheap alternatives Last edited by iNs4ne#6378 on Feb 22, 2014, 3:44:18 PM

" why should you need mana if you don't use MoM, why you go Acro btw you can go fully tank keep 50% more ES and Armor, why you keep ES if you don't pass any nodes for ES, i run this and Cloak of Defiance its really neccesary. you don't need Acro with those EV nodes than you pass, it's really useless you can get more spell dmg, crit dmg or whatever you can get more dmg... theres another good shadow traps/mines build than you don't need MoM or Acro. |
