D3 did for D2 what the Star Wars prequals did for Empire.

What's even more amazing is how many people would qualify and would still do a terrible job. Hell, would Chris even qualify based on the listed requirements?

I dont think he would, which speaks for itself really. The video game industry is very young, and as a result it's full of people that are qualified on paper, but simply arent that talented, because the competition was (and still is) quite slim.

I can't wait! 1,5 gig in 2 hours should not be problem if servers can handle all that traffic.

When open beta starts don't be surprised of massive lag or cannot get logged in due to network traffic.

PoE has received tons of coverage especially on http://www.mmorpg.com and is being called the 'Diablo 3 Dethroner' and amen to that. Everyone posting replies to that article are praising PoE.

In my opinion PoE should never be compared to that piece of garbage Diablo 3 or vice versa. Diablo 3 was a joke, still is a joke and the development team obviously don't even know system security 101.

If I had the money to spare I would of paid quite alot of cash to show my support to 'Path of Exile'. Unfortunately been out of work for over 2 years and lost everything to my name just about. So hopefully that changes soon so I can support this game via the cash shop.

Good luck on launch. It's probably about time I played again.

Energy drinks are full of sugar and sickeningly sweet. Always go coffee!
