You must have a nice wep or have gotten more of the crit talents prior. Also that base armour is fairly nice, care to post your current gear? As that's some decent dmg on LS in town for 4 link,

I don't see many people here on Hardcore :( shame all I see in Sarn Merciless is archers and Ek's -_- think i've seen 1 other dagger shadow total.

I'm personally sitting on 75% all res including Chaos atm so I can run Blood rage really nicely but lacking alot on base armour and crit rate, accuracy is decent at 78/79% at currently lvl 74, finding the right gear is difficult atm.

Currently picked up this bad boy yesterday for 5 exalts after over a week of shouting for a seller. That necky linked a couple of posts is insane, DO WANT :)

I need to get a crit neck and better ring, probably replace helm aswell. Running hatred, wrath, clarity, discipline + got mana for anger once I bother to get it.

Selfbuffed dps is 8k LS - 12.5k double -- trying to 5link the chest and put crit dmg on LS, probably quality one

38.2% crit and 320% multiplier (really need the crit neck :E)
Even with 4 items with accuracy I'm at 82%

Might be a repeated or dumb question but still want to ask it here. What is really the pros and cons of this build with CI or without it(and going life + armour).

Thing is, I plan on rolling a Shadow atm and this is exactly the playstyle I was looking for. Now I have to choose between the CI or non CI version though. Considering that I'm playing a CI Witch atm, what do you guys recommend? Any pros and cons?

In short off top off my head, with CI you get to ignore Life and Chaos res completely from gear which is huge as you can focus more on pure dps and been able to use more granites (not needing hp flasks).
Though ofc you need good ES gear which in turn is really hard to find, moreso on hardcore, along with getting the green/red sockets on them.

Downsides along with gear finding is puncture can be real nasty and not been able to deal with blood magic maps ;p.

Without CI ofc the gear maybe easier to find but you need to focus on getting life and chaos res aswell as dps (guess in default it doesn't really matter so much but who likes dying anyway?)

Losing 15% exp every death makes me play like I'm on hardcore at times. :)

I'm playing Default anyway, which one would you recommend? ES gear with the right sockets would idd be hard to come by for a Shadow so what reason is there to stick to CI?
