You can have that for free, it's just sitting in my stash.

I would definitely not recommend to level as MF'er, you should atleast be able to run all Auras first to make up for the survivability you give up with MF gear.

Lower level Clarity will definitely help until you picked all Aura nodes, since you don't have a 5l/6l Storm Call yet you probably won't even feel the difference in mana regen.

Armour and ES are both equally important. ES is your buffer for attacks, if it's too low you won't be able to tank anything. I'd recommend atleast 3.5k for endgame.
Armour determines how much of your ES buffer will be replenished on blocking. This is your only way to "Leech" and thus the only way to survive in endgame content. I'd recommend atleast 8k Armour without Granite Flasks, this translates into 320 ES on Block, or around 1/10th of your maximum ES. After all, blocking is only a chance and with bad luck you might get a few big hits through, until you happen to block again. Therefor you will want to have both, a high damage buffer and high enough "leech" to regain your buffer in nasty situations.
