[1.0.2]PewPewPews Official Cheap Flicker Strike build!

Saving for later.
Recommending mana leech on rings and then use a BM gem?

Why dual wield instead of shield?
Heya

Are you still going to post vids of you doing maps so that we can see where some of us might be going wrong?

Need some upgrades, not doing great dmg in full party!
Keep up the good work!
Hi! Great build thanks for sharing!

Do you think that Culling Strike would be a really good adition to a flicker build, since you need to finish off the mobs, getting an execute @10% hp sounds good, not sure if it procs with mellee splash tho
I just want to let you know that I am trying this build out and loving it! Just hit 60 and tearing through A2M.
I would add that if you want to try out the build, invest a couple of Chaos in some high physical damage weapons. I was struggling on A3C, spent 2 Chaos on a pair of lvl 48 +150% weapons and it made all the difference in the world! I'm still using them with no problem at 60.
Thanks again for the build!
I'm very impressed with the build. My character clears areas in far less time than I even imagined possible, once I was able to get the main 4L Flickerstrike (lvl 24 req. for gems & lvl 28 req. to use my armor) up and running. Until then, I was using mainly Spectral Throw (AoE) and Double Strike (Single Target) as my main source of damage.

Health management is still an issue, as it is with lower characters, with Blood Magic, especially with Carnage Heart equipped. I find myself holding down the Flickerstrike key and pay extremely close attention to my health while I pop the screen and using Portal just for a recharge now and then. I've died once, due to a desync, which I could have avoided, but I was panicked a bit and was still new with the character. Flasks that gain lots of health over a short time seem to work the best, with one emergency instant charge for when you get down really low.

As I am progressing with this character, even with every gem in place, I am finding that Double Strike is essential to effective single target DPS on named mobs and bosses. Double Strike allows for more sustainable energy and health, while providing essential high damage to the single target.

I agree, I started using Dual Strike for single target, but the idea is the same. Stuck a Melee Splash gem on there and it absolutely murders tight groups.
Does Wings of Entropy get any bonus from DW passive skills?

I am a bit confused why Zerodymebaldwin was saying it was a waste when there isn't much spec into one-handed skills.

I agree Dual Strike is hella good for groups of mobs (i use it to build up frenzy charges easily, since spectral throw doesn't do a all lot of damage)
I also use it in combination with melee physical damage multistrike and faster attacks for single target dps (piety or annoying elite)
With this combination you get Piety down in under 2 min (i have subpar gear imo for lvl 69 and dual strike still does 8000dps with full frenzy charge)
