[1.0.2]PewPewPews Official Cheap Flicker Strike build!

I'll add the the leveling trees soon, still have to make the leveling guide, might as well do it soon :)

As for the BoR, Yes, by all means, go for it. Though, keep in mind that the BoR needs some good gear to support it's lack of resistance. Since you are also using boots, and no shield, this is hard to obtain without some good gear.
But a BoR will certainly increase your dps by a lot.

As for the CwDT, since you are keeping your CwDT on lvl 1, it's hard to link something useful to it, other then Enduring Cry; Totems will be at a low level, and will most likely be one shot. You could try a lvl 1 Arctic Breath, so slow down groups of mobs. It's actually compliments Temp Chains pretty well.

Heya

Cool:) Yea I have pretty good resist gear - without my helm I'm 60/75/45, however I have other items which can compensate for it quite easily.

One interesting thing that I noticed last night when buying weapons is that I thought "hey, high dps should be a good stat for weapons. Hmm... Fast attack speed too"

However I found that I was losing frenzy stacks all the time so I would end up in the middle of mods and die. I had 7 attacks/sec.

So I then tried getting slower weapons so that they hit harder and now I don't drop stacks anymore. Attacks/sec 5.

So I'm wondering if I shouldn't look for even slower ones to maximize damage/kills per second.

What have your experiences been? :)
Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Fast weapons basically allows you to stay almost completely unharmed from most attacks. While slower weapons do have more dps, but will allow mobs to hit you every so more often.

For leveling, I prefer high dps weapons, but for everything after act 3 merci, I prefer higher attack speed weapons. If you run out of frenzy charges, you need to throw a few spectral throws in a group before you dive in, that way you will weaken the mobs enough to kill them, even with the high attack speed weapons :)

Interesting :D

At the moment I'm screwed for mana because I'm running anger and hatred = no st for meee; maybe one every 2-3 seconds or so.

So I've tried cycloning a few times which sometimes helps, but seems the current swords do the trick.

At the moment I also lack all the block nodes as I left them for last because I got the attack nodes to make them better than 2h and heading to path of the warrior for the damage and hp.
^Isnt grace more useful to this build than anger? i mean hatred+anger. Thats the setup im curently running

What last supported should I add when I'm gonna get 5l chest? Melee Physical Damage? though about life leech but I can heal myself from 10% to full in 2s with cyclone+faster attacks so I wanna incrase dps

Heya

The idea behind the build isn't to get hit in the first place. So the more damage you do the less chance of being hit. That's why it's preferable to run anger+hatred.

If you are fine for life on hit/leech, then melee damage yes - it REALLY increases the damage. I'm currently using a tabula rasa with the normal 4+melee phys+life on hit and it is working beautifully.
I am thinking about getting the ammy called The Anvil which adds 10% to block chance and i also have the laz ammy that makes me block spells at 50% of my current block which my block right now is around 40 without anvil but with it hsould be 50 but going against piety i find using laz helps me alot also!!!! what maps level 66,67 do you beleive would be best ? i did tropical island and breezed through it but then on another map this guy named The blacksmith which i think looks almost like kratos owned me not with his attacks but when them zombie poisions.... never doing that map again xD!!! also this is my potion setup ... find it to be very nice and ill update my gear ;D... keep on finding upgrades!!!!!
Spoiler
I find the instant recovery health potion is a must becuase when i do get hit that once in the blue moon i have to use that immeditly as i went for damage + block before health... finally got to 1500 health at level 65!

Heya

The OP can correct me but I believe the idea is to kill fast so that you don't have to take damage and as such don't need defense. So in that regard I would get more life on hit and damage as the block nodes on the passive tree should be more than enough.

Therefore your potion setup should change. I personally use this setup:

Each one provides utility for certain situations and saves your arse ;)

As for that boss you struggled with: ensure to stay close to him, so cyclone and st. If there are no other mobs in the area then flicker is safe to use. He only summons zombies when he leap slams. If in the event that he summons zombies, then kite him away from them and flicker, cyclone and st in between avoiding the poison clouds or wading into the zombie zerg. I personally hate him, but it is doable with some strategy :)

What weapons are best for this build? I'm kinda confused, one time i bought a piece with better overall dps and better Pdps and I was suprise that tooltip of flicker was showing a little wors damage. On other side stats of cyclone or default attack went higher. Flicker strike is scaling that good with attack speed?
or maybe i should I aim for slower wep with higher flat psych damage?

Wonder what states a piece gotta have to be good upgrade for

poe goods shows on that 256 dps and only 196 pdps. Now If im looking for new weapon I just have no idea if it will be upgrade for this skill
