Just spit balling here...come to think of it spit ball should be skill too :) LOL - change fireball to spitball for April 1st 2014 :) Crafting doesn't exist in POE. Gambling does...and the house always wins.

Nah. I'm thinking it's much more straight forward than that.
Barrage is going to be multi-strike for ranged attack skills. "We were going to monitor the situation but it was in the wrong aspect ratio."

My guess is it is a strength based bow attack skill - ranged AE landing 3 times or so.
Essentially a "volley of arrows". |

if it is strafe, i would be dropping my rain of arrows and going full attack speed with haste and frenzy.
