No. Life Leech only functions with on-hit effects. Righteous Fire, like Searing Bond and Desecrate, does not cause hits.

4L: Cast on Damage Taken(lvl 1) - Vulnerability(lvl 3) - Ice Nova(lvl 8) - Increased Area of Effect

Hi Op, shouldnt lvl 5 elemental weakness be a better choice?
lvl 5 EW = -(34% + Q/2) FR = possible - 44% FR
if a mob have 34% FR, this make it 0, which boosts ur dmg by
34/66 = 52%
if a mob have 0% FR, this make it -34, which boosts ur dmg by
34/100 = 34%
even if a mob have 0% FR, and -50 from EE, this make it -84, which boosts ur dmg by
34/150 = 23%
The higher the mob FR is, the better this curse works.

on the other side,
Vulnerability = increased 40%
which would be added to base 100% + 2*redbeak 200% + whatever passives.
40/300 = 14%
which prob. give about less than 14% more dmg.
The higher your increased dmg is, the weaker this curse is.

Oro's build is not tremendously well-optimized. His selection of Alpha's Howl is a good example of this. Vulnerability is the same way.

Elemental Weakness isn't always a better choice, but it might as well be. The only times when it's not better is when enemy resistance is very low or so high that it cannot be brought down below 75% - neither of which are likely to happen. I made this plot a while ago to compare the two.
Is there any guide to leveling up the character before reaching the stage of being capable of using RF?
2 things about this guide...

1: it is fucking hard to get frenzy charges when you're supposed to do the kill, RF won't count as a kill so that doesn't generate frenzy charges.
Only way is to get flameblast kills, but I prefer flickerstrike for mobility (lazy walker)

2: rejuv totem lvl 5 is useless on cwdt, it has such low life and 100% aggro it keeps getting destroyed the second it spawns...

Depends on what gear you have ready/can afford.

Searing bond is really cheap and start taking the 15+15+30% burn nodes over templar, before you go right around to the duelist paths.
Add a inc burn gem, bm curse and play in parties, easy leveling up fast.
