LS is not single target its AoE. The nerf was just damage I guese.

I don't think there was a nerf, I thought they just fixed a bug - "Fixed a problem with evasion related to Lightning Strike" - which caused the target to be hit twice.

The only way I see damage being nerfed was because of the changes to Chain.

which option do i pick for the bandit quest?

Has anyone used the 1h+shield build? How has it gone?

I would say this build is still very much viable! (Probably not for HC) I went this build and im now 56 in Merciless and having a blast.

I went 2H and not 1h+Shield.

By just playing smart i really dont have much issues with surviving.

Wouldn't two-handed be better anyways because you can get 2 5L/6L slots?
