3 questions.


How is 'increased burning damage' mechanically distinct from 'increased fire damage'?

WIll burning damage benefit from fire penetration now?

How can I scale addler's touch notable passive?


Too much of anything is bad, but too much Path of Exile is barely enough.

Another one: Can chaos DoT damage crit now? I read "main hand critical strike damage multiplier", not "non-damage-over-time-damage".

This was already answered here. Mark confirmed IIR/Q support gems work.


I thought MF in general and not just the MP attached to gems was bugged and didnt work if a monster was killed by DoT.

I'm sure I read that any MF you had didnt count if DoT killed a monster.

So now it all counts?
Ascension tied to Lab is the worst thing GGG has done...apart from GGG's philosophy on Trading. Oh and Gambling Loot boxes. And selling out to tencent.

I used to love GGG. I supported to ensure GGG remained independent, now I just wish I could get my money back. -_-

WOW! Now even MORE harder to fight vs chaos bombs and other OP mobs?
Why so many buffs for mobs? Only harder and harder... yes some builds now more powerfull and cool, but other (special melee) will have much much more problem and die much easier.

Just great... now need much more res + chaos res + armour and life even more needed.

Make mobs immortal and 1 shot any char: this will complete "balance".

PS: bb 3 act cruel and merc.

A few patches ago IIR/IIQ started working for dot except for gems. Gems will be working too in 1.0.2.
when will the patch be applied? and how much will the hat costs? :I
will totem damage passives affect searing bond now?
