I do not have multistrike connected, so I have 3,8 aps, with a cost of 35 mana in 6L and a mana pool of 600, and find I have no mana problems whatsoever.

also 3 attacks with multistrike count as one mana consumption, so should not be a great difference

With Multistrike you attack 3 times, but only pay mana for one cast. I believe I use slightly more mana than I can leech back in battles, but most of the time I will kill the pack; then by the time I get the the next pack of monsters I'm at full mana again.
It's only really an issue for boss fights, but you shouldn't be standing still vs bosses anyway.

I carry a hybrid potion incase I run out of mana, but this is only once or twice per map. You could always use a slower dagger (1.2 base) if you have mana issues, but you should be fine. Players with a 1.6 base dagger (or faster) may have mana issues in battles, but they could always drop faster attacks gem.

i have an question for u Oos.
How did u get the critchance up to 72% with that gear and nodes?
I have 60,7% critchance with a 10 chance dagger.
U got lower chance on your dagger but higher skill tooltip chance!

And yes, i don't have the last critchance node yet, but i calculated they will add about 3% critchance.

Are your reave PVE pics taken with a couple of powercharges up? Cause that would explain the difference in critchance =)

nice dag haha. i guess oos could be using incr crit strike gem instead of crit dmg gem tho. else it could be power charges

since he's at 900+% multiplier he doesn't use inc. crit gem, he uses multiplier.
And u can see the link on the colours of the skill too =)

power charges are the only explanation i can see, since they don't show in statwindow =)

GREAT build! i love it! awesome dps, and great survivability. made it to level 78 without dying. Then i rolled a maze rare map with double bosses and increased boss damage/speed and got 1 shot by vaal smash XD.

I stuck to around 350% crit multi to test for reflect for a hardcore version, no problems with reflect :) I dont understand why lightning thorns doesnt rape this character as i have a 0.12 attack speed, but im glad it doesnt XD

So i have tried both variations out, the IR version and the acrobatics version. currently i am using acrobatics and loving it. 60% evasion chance, 40% dodge chance and 74% block. works out to about a 4-5% chance of actually getting hit. only problem is, when youre versing a hard hitting boss, and he DOES manage to hit you, or even luckier crits you, it comes VERY close to 1 shotting you.

So my question, since i have rolled a hardcore version of the character and im currently only level 26 or so, but am coming up on IR node, would you reccomend the IR version more? or the acrobatics version? IR will get hit much more often, but will take a lot less damage on said hits, and might be better against harder hitting bosses as it will be highly unlikely to be 1 shot by harder hitting bosses with about 50% damage reduction (which is quite easily obtainable if i did my math right.)However with acrobatics, the chances of actually getting hit are very minimal, so im not sure which path i want to take.

I run PCoC on Tempest Shield, so yeah I cheated a little with the DPS screenshots to entice people to try my build. I also don't usually farm with crit multi gem because it's scary vs reflect (I use IIR or crit chance)

If you're in the Duelist start it's probably better for you to take IR as it's only one point, Acrobatics will be 5-6 points from there.

Don't grab it until just before maps though, and don't try to tank another Vaal smash :D

Would it be worth finding a different amulet so I have higher health? So far my approach with big packs is to use both the granite and jade flasks, giving me a lot of armor due to IR, and then the diamond flask to keep my mana up and ensure I refill the granite quickly. Any idea on what I should be looking for to improve my gear?
