Yup, that is its only true weakness. Unless you take vaal pact anyway.

If you leech instantly, the number of pokes dealing smaller damage keeps you safe from reflect and thorns. Without VP though, you explode.

Typo :D thanks for pointing this out, ill fix it.

I found a really strong tweak to this build (at least at my level).

In the 6L chest, instead of lifeleech or another support, put discharge.

You manually cast enduring cry while running up to packs, then spam spectral throw as usual. It will discharge for both fire and lightning, AND releases freeze pulses while spamming even more discharges. Its a giant ball of destruction :D.

Ideally you'd also have Enduring Cry in a CoDT link for even more fire+lightning discharges. But I'm doing fine by just manually casting it right now. Blows everything up.

Why are you using carcas jack? FP doesn't gain anything from it, nor does spectral throw

With the new Harbinger bows, it is possible to design this around a bow rather than a dagger. While you would take different passives, the overall design would be the same, using split shot and pierce or split shot and chain as potential triggers.

Likewise, the options for other spells inplace of FP is vast. I have tested firestorm (crashes EVERYONE) fireball (high damage) Arc (shocks everything) Ice Spear (freezes everything) and Sparks (its the new sporker) just to name a few. Trial and error is in order if you are looking to find out what suits you best.

If you want to get really abusive, try this with Cold Snap. The CD was implemented as a means to balance out the CC of the spell. However, since you are using a build that creates infinite Power Charges, Cold Snap will constantly consume charges and you basically spam lock down your entire screen.

Arctic Breath is pretty funny, spammy as all hell... will blow up your system faster than Firestorm.

Ethereal Knives seems to do the most damage so far (simply because it scales off the same stats as Spec Throw, so you don't need to build any different than a ST Crit build).

I'm really interested in testing out an Ice Nova build, with Carcass Jack and whatever other Increased AOE affects. Of you could spam AoE the entire screen - might be comical.
