I have actually wondered about this as well. In theory the ice spears would actually have to get farther out before turning into crit spears. (I assume it's time based, otherwise i can't even see speed mattering for this particular spell)

You need a lot more ES for that. At lvl 54 you should have like 1.5k amybe?

What? How it is possible when items give you maybe 300-400 energy shield? You have more than 300% in skill tree? Anyway, have someone got life version of this build? Because i see than i will have max 1000 energy shield in endgame

Guys, I got a question, does the Windscream boots aditional curse stacks with the other unique ring that also alow an anditional curse? In another words can I use triple curse using this two items inteas of getting the passive?

Somewhere in "to CI or not to CI" topic it was stated that in endgame it is possible to reach 6k+ ES. and it's advisable to take CI only after you have 2.5k+ ES.

however, if you're interested in life-based build, you can also take a templar as a starting point - a lot of HP nodes from the very beginning, easier to get double-totem.

I am at a turning point where I should decide between going for the crit cap / lightning spear build or sticking with the default build. I know the guide says kill all bandits in all three difficulties (which I did) but does this still apply to the crit cap build, considering power charges are used? I already killed all the bandits so I can't get the power charge - I'm hoping this won't be an issue?

You can get way higher then 6k ES I have seen some streamers have close to 9k and they are still in their 80s so its only gonna get bigger.

yueah i got 5k with my defensive shield on and my chest only has 277 ES (it can get closer to 1000..)
