So I just read kripp's wander templar guide. Holy crap 11k DPS / 1.4k (aoe). So I was wondering, has anyone gotten really insane gear on their dual totem character and how much DPS are you doing?

paper dps dont mean anything

Ofc, but its still in testing section and i would like to see proof that it works in this way, since there is no way to confirm this without testing it personally on mobs (ofc you can ask developers too)... I will try to test it myself either...

has anyone tried playing the templar build without using those uniques? Are they really mandatory? I mean, I prefer to run quantity/rarity uniques items. So how about sacrificing 4 points to get doublecurse. I understand that getting a 5L is bread and butter in order to utilise Iron will, but other then that, this build doesnt seem to be ''that'' expensive.

I have currently a lvl 50+ witch using the classic build and I was wondering if playing the luxuy templar build would bring more DPS or just more survivability to the play.

TL:DR - Are uniques mandatory for templar luxury build? Is the Lux Build better in terms of DPS, Survival, or both?

P.S How do you guys value rarity/quantity find? Is it useful stat in your point of view?

Great guide, i cant believe how awesome the trap skill set is. Particularly conversion trap which lets you use even enemy champs as temp minions.

Hi guys.. i recently started following this spec and i must say.. its absolutely amazing! - having so much fun.. so thx alot..!

I got some few questions i hope you guys can answer (i read the most of this thread and i get abit confused about all the math :)..):

1 - My support crit gem im using with my fire trap.. am i supposed to use it together with ice-spear in a 5l armor? at the time i got a 4l armor with the recommended gems

2 - When i equip an amulet with + %frost dmg and spell dmg it actually grants me more dmg shown on ice-spear compared to an amulet with fcr.. is the fcr amulet actually better because i shouldnt look on the dps of ice-spear that much? it has 230 dps right now and 1.38 casts pr sec..

4 - I got those unique windscream for 1 chaos.. they are 3L and 4s was that a good trade?

No frenzy/power charges! Could be much higher if I buff up. And you probably won't believe it but I'm using absolutely atrocious gear too (4L is max amount of links I got and both my weapons are about 1 chaos orb in value).

EDIT: I also have about 150% IIR, so not too focused on damage here. No Andvariuses sadly :(
