What are your current thoughts on Aegis/high ES shield? The proc of Aegis is nice but not sure it makes up for losing 2k ES

This build is unbelievably fun!
It's my second character and at level 46 I'm already hitting 4.5k DPS. Cannot freggin' wait 'till I can wear the Helmet! "Your grandchildren will awaken screaming in memory of what I utter today!"

Well since CoC got slammed in 1.05 a CI build is my next desire.
What is your damage like late game? And how do you cope with ele reflect? | |

160 ES 145% ES/Armour these are the max numbers ( i think ) @Neyschka & @BigBuddhaGreen Good question indeed. I've done some mapping with the high ES high block ( that matter alot in my opinion ) and i'm still not sure which one is better... I can tell you this With Aegis Aurora i feel more comfortable vs desync/high latency/me not being concentrated enough I think i handle large amounts of enemies slightly better With high ES/block shield I feel more comfortable vs Bosses in general I feel alot more confortable vs hard hitting Bosses In higher levels with more % ES the difference with this shield compared to Aegis Aurora will be even bigger! So ... i really can't decide... i run with the High ES shield at the moment.. so maybe it's slightly better for now. @ThalJitsu I'm glad you like it :) You'll see the huge difference with and without Abyssus ;) @Addister Well as i see your questions i can say with 100% certainty that you havn't read the guide at all ... so my advice is - Read it! Mate I found a necklace that seems to synergy so perfectly with Facebreaking...
Let me know what you guys think. That 50% Penalty isn't as bad as you guys think. Thoughts? "Your grandchildren will awaken screaming in memory of what I utter today!"

The penalty actualy is pretty bad... especialy when you have big ES pool
But the main problem is that the 60% melee damage on full life actualy gives less DPS than an amulet with high flat physical damage. Super minor point; Energy Shield on Shield nodes can be worth more ES than a 6% node depending on your equipped shield. I only see one node you could change on your max level build, but every little helps.
