Beta Friend Invites (and closing the Veteran timer)

I'm just wondering why they kept the timer the same on the invite timer? I would think reducing the timer a small amount and screening the invites from the timer would be other ideas that could be used.

ugh.. so it sux to me me the first of my gaming community to apply. still no key, and i led about 6 clannies of mine to apply as well. but one in our cirle is in yet. sadface. will stick to league of legend and dues ex till then i guess
