Beta Friend Invites (and closing the Veteran timer)

Hi,

I'm a guy from Canada, 23 years old.
I would like to get a key if possible, I will play with you if you want. I have alot of free time right now.

I got skype and vent if you have a microphone.
I can talk english and french.

Good idea!
Sure some more active people might get a invite now.
To be honest the beta timer is Good and Evil at the same time.
Good to put this community in a active state and Evil because getting a invite in a pool of 50.000 people is like painfully hard.
Chances of getting a invite for me are 2 times harder because I am notorious unlucky in things that has random in them :P

Not cool man, now we only have 1 timer...zzz...

Great idea! So is this to be a permanent change? Or just until a certain amount of friend invites are sent?

iI have to say. Yes, this was a good idea. but whos to say they give the key to someone who cares about the growth and development of this game? why woudld someone give it to an "internet" friend when they can give it to someone they know from work or school. But, with the typical trends of the human race. 95% of people think of them selfs before others and how their situation can be benifited from and the other 5% are stuck between giving the newly aquired key to a friend (if they have any) or if they dont have any probably just forget about it and let the free code fade into the background of existance.

Think about it, if there were people without friends that had intrest in the game, where would all the friend beta codes go? well by checking throuh the forums i can see that noone has offered up theirs yet. so i assume one of two things 1. they dont have friends (not meant as an insult) so they dont care about it.
2. they are trying to sell it to the highest bidder

Does someone feel like sharing one of his invite Keys? :(
