What do you mean dont try this spec if you dont have 105 points to spend? Can a noob start this from level 1? Do I need any epic/legendary orange gear or can I do this in welfare mode with stuff I find and buy from other players?

How about playing this Build with 1h and Shield(Buckler)? Is this possible?

You can't start exactly this spec from lvl 1. Until 70ish you shoul level as life-based and then respec into CI. Also it's not very noob friendly build.

this is a 119 points spec... if you really manage to get lvl 100 there are many good variations... because you can also go for flat dmg (spelldamage or firedamage) to get more dmg....

you are right, its an endgame build, not cheap, not easy to lvl up. but very very strong endgame

the build works best with 5linked searing touch. i will do some testing if you could run with a spelldmg wand and a shield but my guess is no :)

yeah you can go with 3k es too and stack twice as much dmg... but i like to play a tank character thats also why i run IR.

why don't you skill critical chance / multiplier passives?

do discharges not crit?
