First draft of a CI discharge build.
So far it can do quite a decent amount of map mods. Can also use wand and frenzy (level 1) for more reliable frenzy charges and better single target damage but needs a wand with right affixes. You need to move around 8 skill points. Frenzy vs Spectral throw.

Frenzy needs better wand due to the lack of implicit critical chance. You will want a wand with a high base critical chance. Frenzy generates charges on demand. It also creates stronger but slower discharges due to the lack of pierce and boomerang effect that spectral throw has. Damage output is the same. Frenzy is better at single target damage because you can get charges on demand rather than wait for a crit or to get hit. Frenzy level 1 with LMP costs 40 mana and GMP 54 mana. You will need a bit more mana regen to use GMP. Spectral throw (at level 17) + LMP costs 30 mana and GMP 40 mana. Spectral throw has pierce and can hit 2 times the same monsters due to the boomerang effect. This creates more frequent but weaker discharges. Using frenzy you are taking more global critical strike chance nodes which boosts the critical chance of discharge. With spectral throw you are taking 3-8 skills that apply only to Spectral trow. Still testing how much critical chance you need on your frenzy/spectral throw to be effective. So far anything above 40% chance to crit (with out power charges) with frenzy/spectral trow works just fine. This of course depends on how good the base critical chance of your weapon is. The character skill points are not optimal for this build by the way, she lacks accuracy. Her skill tree was for another build. Added frenzy gear setup and frenzy vs spectral throw.

Haven't had the time to play for quite some time, but thinking of playing again, Is this build with spectral throw really effective still and could you add somoe guidelines for like the early levels of the skilltree and which points I should go for at certain levels?

" The build is effective but is kinda expensive since you need a five link volls armour. I am still working on it but I think I have it finalized now. Frenzy seems the way to go so you can have some reliable single target damage. Also is best taking the DEX route to get Vaal Pact instead of the STR because of the accuracy bonus you get from DEX. Its only 1 skill point more than the STR route. This is an old character, it was already high level so I didn't level with this build. I'll need to put some work to figure the best way to level but IMO if you can afford this build then you can also afford my power leveling guide. Use that for leveling, is much faster anyway. This build looks like it would be quite fun to play. Would Voll's be a mandatory requirement for this build in the middle levels or be required end game?
