Not if you plan on running Eldritch Battery. The max mana given from EB makes a world of difference. I thought it just increased the damage of the cyclone critical strike. Not the spell attached to it! (hopefully I am wrong here) -edit : because i was thinking of dropping Pressure Points if it does not. This only applies, if the EK has the 100% crit chance. So if your EK has (let's say) [50%] crit chance, then the overall damage of your EK is your crit multiplier/2 [50%].
