DonaldF's EK DANMAKU Ranger Extremely High DPS /Jan.14 little update [Videos]

Hey guys, started playing this game 2 weeks ago and followed this guide for my first char.

Am lvl 80 now and almost onehitting Piety/Dominus, got any upgrade recommendations for me besides replacing my Tabula? My gloves are quiet crappy I guess

I believe its still good in end-game too. You can achieve 150k+ dps with high-end gear (or more).

I think you should work on your Health, like on rings.
Well I don't really have survivability issues, I want more output :D

Well invest in a belt with phys damage, more spell dmg and spell critical multiplier on gear then :)
how much of an improvement would it be to upgrade gems (EK ?) ?

EK quality gives increased projectile damage, which would definetely improve damage. Check a chart for %s.

one more question. is there a specific reason why to skill 1% life regen? Seems a little wasted to me

Can you please detail how u can that much DPS with a skill whose damage dont scale ?
That is the fun part of Cast on crit builds.
You can scale any skill that you are using with crit chance, crit multiplier and spell damage.
The more crit chance you have, the more 'you EK' -> the more EK can crit which benefits from crit multiplier. So its all about crit chance.
Lets say that you have 100% crit chance with cyclone (I know its unlikely, but just for the numbers).
With 100% crit chance, each 1% of crit multiplier will increase your EK damage by 1%.
With that, its quite easy to scale up EK damage to the sky.
Try out my dps calculator for the build, play with the numbers, and you will see how you can scale up the dps.
